Light cuisine in spring and summer
Our asparagus dishes are very popular in spring for Mother's Day or at Whitsun. In summer, we focus on light, particularly popular dishes. A large salad plate with lots of fresh vegetable salads and leaf lettuce with an egg in your favourite salad sauce – homemade, of course – can be combined with a fine piece of meat or fish to make a fitness plate.
BIG-Büel Burger – not only for motorbike rockers
Do you already know our legendary BIG-Büel Burger from the grill? 250 g meat in a homemade hamburger bun, with a fine sauce and crispy salad, richly garnished.
Although created especially for motorcyclists, it is of course available to every man and woman. And of course, the Arvenbüel also caters for veggie bikers.

August 1st celebration
Every year we organise a big party for the Swiss National Day. Let us spoil you with juicy roasts from the charcoal grill with fine garnishes and a large salad buffet with many crunchy vegetable and leaf salads. Musical entertainment will be provided, and weather permitting, fireworks will not be missing.

Winter fondue enjoyment
What would winter be without cheese fondue? In the Arvenbüel restaurant, we serve our fine fondue house mix with bread all day long, also in the afternoon and of course outside on the terrace.
In the evening you are spoilt for choice: four different fondue variations with many delicious side dishes are available. Enjoy!

Fondue in the giant caquelon
You surely will not forget this fondue fun ever: together with your family or friends, you sit on our terrace in the giant pan, look out over the breath-taking mountain scenery in the twilight and enjoy our fine fondue with a glass of wine. Look forward to a very special outdoor fun in our giant Fondue-pan!

Festive Christmas menu
On December 25th and 26th , you will be treated to a festive Christmas menu in the Arvenbüel restaurant. Families, friends and even single persons can enjoy a fine meal in the festively decorated Arvenbüel restaurant.

Big New Year's Eve party
A culinary feast: we cook a fabulous menu with multiple courses and you choose 5 to 10 courses according to your taste. Our festive menu will be a personal highlight for every guest.

Our house DJ Pasci will accompany the evening musically. At midnight we will toast to a successful and healthy New Year and dance until late into the night. The free return service to Weesen ensures that all guests get home safely.

A well-rehearsed kitchen and service team excelled on New Year's Eve: Each guest was served the multi-course menu that he or she had individually put together – not only outstandingly tasty, but also in a perfectly timed sequence. Bravo!
